Summary: Aurent stores all of your data directly on your device. We have no servers and do not collect, upload, share, or sell any personal information. The app works fully offline.

1. Who we are

Aurent is an app that helps you record your journey with a day counter, notes, before/after photos, and personal reminders.

2. Data we process

All data below is stored locally on your device and never leaves it (unless you actively export a backup file — see section 5):

• Photos you capture or select within the app.
• Notes and settings you enter (start date, method, notes).
• Reminder settings (notification schedules you set yourself).
• App preferences (language, app-lock on/off).

We do not collect: name, email, location, contacts, device identifiers, analytics, or crash reports.

3. Permissions the app requests

• Camera — so you can take photos and use the close-up view. Images are stored only on your device.
• Photo library — so you can pick existing photos to add to the app.
• Notifications — to send the personal reminders you set up. Notifications are generated and shown on your device.
• Biometrics (fingerprint / face) — optional, to lock the app. Biometric data is managed by your operating system; the app never sees or stores it.

4. In-app purchases

Aurent may offer a paid (premium) plan. All transactions are processed by Google Play; we do not receive or store your card or payment details.

5. Backup and restore

You can export your data to a .zip backup file. This file is under your control; you decide where to store it. We do not access this backup file.
